บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและขนาดสถานศึกษา ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำนวน 306 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ตามขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากาญจนบุรี จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the creative leadership of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, classified by work experiences and school sizes. The samples consisted of 306 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi which are obtained by proportionate stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-level-rating scale questionnaire with content validity of 1.00 and the reliability of 0.97. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and pair difference test by Scheffe’s method with a statistical significance level at 0.05. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The creative leadership of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi was overall and in each individual aspect at a high level. They were ranked in descending order as follows: the creative thinking, the team work, the flexibility and adaptability, the vision and the individualized consideration. 2. The creative leadership of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, classified by work experiences in overall and in each individual were not different. 3. The creative leadership of school administrators according to teachers’ opinions under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Kanchanaburi, classified by school sizes in overall and in each individual were not different.
