บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และปัญหาของการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแม่ลาน้อย 2) หาแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาของการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแม่ลาน้อย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในอำเภอแม่ลาน้อย จำนวน 169 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 7 คน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูล แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัญหามีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 และแบบบันทึกการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแล้วสรุปบรรยายแบบพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ปัญหาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาของการบริหารงานแบบมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้บริหารต้องมีองค์ความรู้ดี มีความเป็นกัลยาณมิตร 2) กระบวนการจัดการ ผู้บริหารต้องมีความเป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการ ให้ทุกภาคส่วนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม 3) อาคารสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต้องมีความพร้อมปลอดภัยและมีความเหมาะสมในการจัดการเรียนรู้

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to examine the current condition and problems of school administrators result-based management in Mae la noi.  2) to explore the process of school administrators result - based management problem.  The sample was 169 teachers selected from schools in Mae la noi and 7 peple of the the target group used in the interview to explore the process of school administrators result-based management problem. The research tools were data recording forms, questionnaires, and interview recordings. the reliability of  .95 and .98. Quantitative data were analyzed by means, percentage, and standard deviation. The qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive summary. The results of the study found that: 1. Results of examining the current condition and problems of school administrators result - based management in Mae la noi as a whole and each aspect was at a high level. The Results of examining the problems of school administrators as a whole was at a moderate level. 2. The process of school administrators result-based management problem of School Administrators        in Mae La Noi was as follows: 1) Executives must be reliable in 3 aspects were knowledge, friendliness in the way   of Buddhism and being a good role model. 2) Executives must be Academic Leader and use the participative management in real management. 3) School places and facilities must be ready, safe and suitable for learning.
