บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 337 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดโรงเรียน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 81 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 256 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .934 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .779 - .853 ด้านที่ 2 ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัล มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .953 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .808 - .911 และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติการแจกแจง t และ F ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัล จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง และขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวม มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 5. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัลมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 6. ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีจำนวน 3 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการมีความความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัลได้ร้อยละ 58 7. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครูในยุคดิจิทัล โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 จำนวน 3 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) ด้านการแก้ไขปัญหา และ3) ด้านการมีความความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว

Abstract

This research had the objective to study, compare, determine the relationship, identify the predictive power and establish the guidelines for developing the creative leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era in school under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in the research was school administrators and teachers in schools of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 of the academic year 2023 in the number of 337 people by using Multi-Stage Random Sampling. It was classified into 81 school administrators and 256 teachers. The tool used in collecting the data were 2 - aspect rating scale questionnaire. The first aspect is the creative leadership of school administrators with the reliability of .934 and the classification power value between .779 - .853. The second aspect the effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era with reliability of 0.953 and the classification power value between .808-.911 The statistics used in analyzing the data were percentage, means, standard deviation, (t - test), (F - test), hypothesis test by One - Way ANOVA, Pearson's Product - Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis.  The research results were as follows. 1. The creative leadership of school administrators were overall at a high level. 2. The effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era were overall at a high level. 3. The creative leadership of school administrators classified by position, size of school and work experience in overall were different at the 0.01 level of significance. 4. The effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era classified by position and size of school in overall were different at the .01 level of significance, whereas in terms of work experience, overall, there were no differences. 5. The creative leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era were positively correlated at the .01 level of significance. 6. The creative leadership of school administrators could predict the Effectiveness of Instructional Management of Teachers in Digital Era at the .01 and .05 level of significance, covering three aspects, namely building of vision, problem solving and flexibility with the forecast power of the Effectiveness of Instructional Management of Teachers in Digital Era at 58%. 7. The guidelines for developing the creative leadership of school administrators affecting the effectiveness of instructional management of teachers in digital era in school under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 for three aspects including building of vision, problem solving and flexibility
