บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ จำแนกสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 3) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนา และ 4) เพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน ประชากร คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 345 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.42 – 0.90 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 ในส่วนแบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.41 – 0.84 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.91 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบัน อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน สภาพปัจจุบัน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน และการจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน ส่วนการจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน  3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียนโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 2) ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน และ 3) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน 3 ด้าน ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาสามารถจัดทำ ผลิต และใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษา ส่งเสริมให้ครูใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถใช้งาน และพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล มาใช้ในการวัดผลประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียนตามมาตรฐานและ 3) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ วางแผน และมีวิธีการในพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) To study the current conditions and desired conditions in the use of digital technology for academic administration in schools. 2) To compare the current conditions and desired conditions. Classify position status, school size, and work experience 3) to study development needs and 4) to find guidelines for developing the use of digital technology for academic administration in schools. The population is educational institution administrators and teachers. Under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, academic year 2023, the sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table, resulting in a sample size of 345 people using a simple random sampling method. Research tools It is a questionnaire on the current state of the use of digital technology for academic administration in schools. It has a discriminant power value of 0.42 - 0.90 and a reliability value of 0.95 in the questionnaire regarding the desired conditions of the development of the use of digital technology for academic administration in schools. It has a discriminatory power value of 0.41 - 0.84 and a confidence value of 0.91. Data analysis includes frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the index of essential needs. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Current conditions and desired conditions for using digital technology for academic administration in schools were found to be at a high level. As for the desired condition is at the highest level. 2. Current conditions and desired conditions for using digital technology for academic administration in schools. Current conditions classified by tenure status as a whole are significantly different at the .01 level. Guidelines for developing the use of digital technology for academic administration in schools in 3 areas as follows: 1) Development and use of technological media for education Educational institution directors can create, produce and use digital technology media in the management of educational institutions. Encourage teachers to use digital media technology in organizing teaching and learning. 2) In terms of measurement, evaluation and transfer of academic results.
