บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน 2) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครู โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 205 คน การศึกษาเป็นแบบการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ระดับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา พบว่า สมรรถนะหลักและสมรรถนะประจำสายงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอนโดยรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1) study the competency of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mae Hong Son 2) study the academic affairs administration in school and 3) study the relationship between the competency of school administrators and the academic affairs administration in school. The research samples were 205 school administrators and government teachers in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mae Hong Son in academic year 2022. It was the quantitative research. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire about the competency of school administrators and the academic affairs administration. The quantitative data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study were as followed: 1. The level of the competency of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mae Hong Son overall were at high level 2. The level of the academic affairs administration in school overall was at high level. 3. Relationship between the competency of school administrators and the academic affairs administration in school was found that the core competency and the functional competency overall positively correlated with the academic affairs administration in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Mae Hong Son at .01 level of significance.
