บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวชิรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2
จำแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือครูโรงเรียนในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวชิรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 264 คนโดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) โดยวิธีจับฉลากและเทียบสัดส่วนกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยเปิดตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ (Rating Scale) จำนวน 45 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ .314 - .915 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ (Reliability) เท่ากับ .987 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าที (t - test) แบบ Independent Samples test และ F - test สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffé) ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงอันดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการกำหนดทิศทางเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านการบริหารทรัพยากรในองค์กร ด้านการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมขององค์กรด้านการมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และด้านการคิดเชิงปฏิวัติ 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตวชิรบูรพา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำแนกตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the level of Strategic Leadership In 21ST century of school administrators under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2, classified by gender, educational level and work experience. The samples consisted of 264 teachers who worked in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 in academic year 2022. Use Simple Random Sampling with a lottery method and compare the proportions to determine the sample size according to Cohen's. The research instrument used in this study was set of 5 - level questionnaire, estimation scale of 45 items with the discriminative power ranging from .314 to .915, the reliability of the whole questionnaire was .987. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test: Independent Samples Test and F - test: One - Way ANOVA analysis and if statistically significant, the difference was tested by pairs using Schefft’s method. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The level of the strategic leadership in 21ST century of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 overall was at high level when considered for aspects, it could be described in descending orders as 1) Determining strategic Direction 2) Enterprise Resource Management 3) Good Organizational Culture 4) Virtue and Ethics and 5) Revolutionary Thinking. 2. The results of comparing Strategic Strategic Leadership In 21ST Century of School Aadministrators according to the attitude of teachers who differed in gender found that overall and each aspect was no difference but differed in education level and work experience found that the significant difference at .05 level.
