บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการเป็นโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 2) วิเคราะห์ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 และ 3) พัฒนาแนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงผสม (Mixed Method) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการและรองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 113 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปของแนวทาง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นตามองค์ประกอบหลักในการเป็นโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ พบว่า ด้านการสืบเสาะค้นหาในสิ่งที่ถูกต้องดีงามยิ่งขึ้นมีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านค่านิยมเพื่อสังคมเป็นจุดหมายปลายทาง ด้านอุดมการณ์แห่งวิชาชีพ และด้านการมีจริยธรรมแห่งความเอื้ออาทรตามลำดับ 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาโรงเรียนแห่งการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 11 ประกอบด้วย 4 แนวทางหลัก 22 วิธีดำเนินการ

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the present and desirable conditions of a learning school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11, 2) analyze the sequence of needs in the development the School of Learning under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 11 and 3) develop guidelines for developing schools of learning under the Secondary Education Service Area 11. Using mixed research methodology (Mixed Method). The sample group consisted of 113 directors and deputy directors of educational institutes. Research instruments were: Current and desirable condition questionnaire, Assessment form Appropriateness and Possibility of Guidelines. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation. PNImodified index value and content analysis The results showed that: 1. The overall current condition is moderate. The overall desirable condition was at a high level. 2. The order of needs according to the main components of being a school of learning found that the search for more correct things had the highest order of needs, followed by social values as the destination. Professional ideology and generosity ethics, respectively. 3. Guidelines for the development schools of learning schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 11 consist of 4 main approaches and 22 action methods.
