บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตภาษีเจริญ เขตบางแคและเขตหนองแขม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2. เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในเขตภาษีเจริญเขตบางแค และเขตหนองแขม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากรคือ ข้าราชการครูโรงเรียนในเขตภาษีเจริญ เขตบางแค และเขตหนองแขม สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 1,307 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan) ได้ขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน F - test และโดยใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเขต คือเขตภาษีเจริญ เขตบางแคและเขตหนองแขม อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด 2. เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามสำนักงานเขต คือ เขตภาษีเจริญ เขตบางแค และเขตหนองแขม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบรายคู่พบว่า การบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตภาษีเจริญ แตกต่างกับการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตบางแคและการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตหนองแขม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 และการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตบางแค และการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในเขตหนองแขม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. to study the academic administration of schools in Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae and Nong Khaem District under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2. to compare academic administration of schools in Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae and Nong Khaem District Bangkok. The population is 1,307 school teachers in Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae and Nong Khaem District under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Determine the sample size by using the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample size was 302 people. The tool used in the research was: A questionnaire on academic administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The statistic used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation (F - Test) and Scheffe’s method. The results showed that 1. Academic Administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by districts are Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae and Nong Khaem District at the highest level.  2. Comparison of the administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by district offices, Phasi Charoen, Bang Khae and Nong Khaem respectively. The difference was statistic significant at the 0.1 level. Comparing in pairs, it found that the academic administration of school in Phasi Charoen District was different from the academic administration of schools in Bang Khae District and the academic of Nong Khaem District. The difference was statistically significant at the 0.1 level. And the academic administration of schools in Bang Khae District and school administration in Nong Khaem District was different at the statistic level of 0.1.
