บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร จำนวน 336 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหาร จำนวน 129 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 207 คน จากจำนวน 246 โรงเรียน วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) การกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970, pp. 607 - 610, อ้างถึงใน บุญชม ศรีสะอาด, 2556, หน้า 43) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ คุณภาพของเครื่องมือแบบสอบถาม สภาพปัจจุบันของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน เท่ากับ 0.826 และ ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของสภาพพึงประสงค์ของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน เท่ากับ 0.897ค่าอำนาจจำแนกของแบบสอบถามรายข้อ (r) มีค่าอยู่ระหว่าง 0.589 - 0.835 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ใช้สถิติที่ (t - test ชนิด Independent Samples) ใช้การทดสอบเอฟ (F - test) แบบการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าดัชนี จัดเรียงลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (Modified Priority Needs Index; PNI modified) ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนโดยรวมแต่ละด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างสภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวม พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการใช้งานเครื่องมือด้านดิจิทัล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านการเข้าถึงและตระหนักดิจิทัล และด้านการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน พบว่า ด้านการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อการทำงาน มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการเข้าถึงและตระหนักดิจิทัล และด้านการใช้งานเครื่องมือด้านดิจิทัล ตามลำดับ 4. แนวทางการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นการศึกษาประถมศึกษามุกดาหาร ที่ต้องพัฒนาคือ ด้านการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อการทำงาน โดยมีแนวทางพัฒนาด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ 1) ส่งเสริมให้ครูและบุคลากรสามารถเรียนรู้ ปรับตัว พัฒนาตนเอง และสร้างนวัตกรรมได้ คือ เป็นการส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีความรู้ ความสามารถในการพัฒนาตนเอง มีการสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลที่สามารถใช้งานได้จริง 2) การระดมความสามารถในการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมใหม่อย่างต่อเนื่อง คือ การสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลที่แปลกใหม่ในการใช้งานได้หลากหลายรูปแบบในการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน และ 3) ให้ความช่วยเหลือ ชี้แนะในการทำงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล คือ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนสามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือ หรือชี้แนะแนวทางในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลเพื่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the needs and ways to develop the use of digital technology for school administration Under the Office of Mukdahan Primary Educational Service Area. The sample used in the research Administrators and teachers in elementary school. A total of 336 people, divided into 129 executives and 207 teachers from 246 schools, the sampling method was stratified random sampling. The research instruments were questionnaires and interviews. Quality of questionnaire tools. The current state of the questionnaire about the development of using digital technology for school administration was 0.826 and the reliability of the desirable condition of the questionnaire about the development of using digital technology for school administration was 0.897. The discrimination power of the item questionnaire (r) was between 0.589 - 0.835. Comparative results of the current state of using digital technology for school administration.
