บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่องการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการมีจิตสาธารณะ แนวทางการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะ และประสิทธิผลการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร กลุ่มผู้ร่วมวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 16 คน และกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการพัฒนาจำนวน 40 คน เนื้อหา ได้แก่ จิตสาธารณะต่อตนเองจิตสาธารณะต่อผู้อื่น และจิตสาธารณะต่อสังคม ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการวิจัย 12 เดือน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกตการณ์ และการสะท้อนกลับ 2 วงรอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเป็นทางการแบบมีโครงสร้างระดับกลางจำนวน 2 ฉบับ แบบบันทึกการประชุม และแบบสังเกต ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. นักศึกษามีลักษณะพฤติกรรมที่ช่วยเหลือ แบ่งปันผู้อื่นด้วยความเต็มใจ อาสาในการทำงานโดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน ยกย่อง ให้เกียรติผู้อื่นและให้ความเคารพสิทธิผู้อื่น การดูแลรักษาสาธารณะประโยชน์ การอาสาเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสาธารณะประโยชน์ของชุมชน องค์กร หรือสังคม การเสียสละช่วยเหลือสังคมโดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน ดูแลสาธารณะประโยชน์ด้วยความเต็มใจและปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของสังคมยังเป็นที่น่าไม่พอใจนัก 2. แนวทางการเสริมสร้างจิตสาธารณะของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาดนตรี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร ประกอบด้วย 3 แนวทาง ได้แก่ การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การนิเทศติดตาม และการนิเทศแบบให้คำชี้แนะ 3. นักศึกษามีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงการมีจิตสำนึกที่ดีในการรู้จักหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ มีจิตอาสาหรือเสียสละเพื่อประโยชน์ของส่วนรวม โดยยึดมั่นในด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ตลอดจนร่วมมือในการแก้ปัญหาต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ขัดต่อกฎหมาย มีส่วนร่วมด้วยความกระตือรือร้นในกิจกรรมหรือสถานการณ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ผู้อื่น ชุมชน องค์กร หรือสังคม ด้วยความเต็มใจโดยไม่หวังผลตอบแทน

Abstract

The purposes of The Enhance Public Mind of the students in the music program at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University research were to study about the existing conditions of public mind, the ways to strengthen public mind and the effectiveness of public mind of the students in the music program at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. The research group was divided into 3 groups: the researcher, the informant group of 16 people, and the development target group of 40 people that was an action research in 4 steps comprising planning, operation, observation and 2 circles of reflection. The instruments used in data collection were two mid-level structured formal interview forms, meeting minutes and observation forms. The results revealed the following points: 1. Students have behaviors that are helpful, willingly share with others, volunteer to work without expecting anything in return. Praise, honor others and respect the rights of others, maintenance of public interest volunteering to participate in public activities for the benefit of the community, organization or society, sacrifice to help society without expecting anything in return. The willingness to care for the public interest and to comply with the rules of society is also very unsatisfactory. 2. The guidelines for enhancing the public mind of music students Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University consists of 3 approaches: workshops; follow-up supervision and advisory supervision. 3. The behavior of students shows a good conscience in knowing their responsibilities, voluntary or sacrifice for the benefit of the public by adhering to morality and ethics. Students cooperated in solving various problems without breaking the law. Engage with enthusiasm in activities or situations that benefit others, communities, organizations or society willingly without expecting anything in return
