บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากสูตรทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ได้ 316 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดสถานศึกษาเป็นเกณฑ์ และทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วัดความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา ได้ค่า 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Frequency) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากสุด คือ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ส่วนด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติน้อยสุด คือ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยภาพรวม พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากสุด คือ ด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาในสถานศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านความสามารถในการพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีทัศนคติทางบวก ส่วนด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติน้อยสุด คือ ด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูง 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นําเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 4 โดยภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันอยู่ในระดับมากและมีทิศทางเป็นบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามสมมุติฐานการวิจัย เมื่อพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์แต่ละด้านกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา พบว่าด้านการการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว ด้านการการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

Abstract

This research aimed to study: 1) the school administrators’ creative leadership, 2) the school effectiveness level, and 3) the relationship between the schools’ administrators’ creative leadership and the school effectiveness. The samples of this study included 316 school administrators and teachers in the schools under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, derived from the sample size by calculating with Taro Yamane’s formula by using the stratified random sampling based on the school-sized criterion, and final using the simple random sampling. The instrument used was the five-rating scaled questionnaires with the reliability of 0.98. The statistics used were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson Product Moment correlation The research findings were that:  1. The school administrators’ creative leadership of the schools under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 in overall revealed in the much level. The aspect with the most practice was having vision, the latter was the aspect of having awareness in individuals, while the aspect with the least practice was having flexibility and adjustment. 2. The school effectiveness under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 in overall appeared in the much level. The aspect with the most practice was ability in problem solving in schools, the latter was the aspect of ability in student development to have positive attitude, while the aspect with the least practice was ability in producing students with high learning achievement.  3. The relation between the school administrators’ creative leadership and the school effectiveness under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 in overall were positively correlated in the much level at the .01 statistically significant level. When looking into the relationship between the creative leadership in each aspect and school effectiveness, it indicated that the aspects of having flexibility and adjustment, having creative thinking, awareness in being individuals and team working were positively correlated to school effectiveness in the much level; while the aspect of having vision was positively correlated to the school effectiveness in the moderate level.
