บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ หาความสัมพันธ์ หาอำนาจพยากรณ์ของภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 341 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multi-Stage Random Sampling) จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 56 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.29 – 0.82 ด้านที่ 2 การปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.94 และค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.54 – 0.78 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ t-test, One-Way ANOVA, ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายของ Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแต่ละขั้นตอน (Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติของครูในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง พบว่า โดยรวม มีความแตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3.การปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 4. การปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ตามขนาดโรงเรียนและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวม พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 5. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 6. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร มีจำนวน 2 ด้าน ที่สามารถพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ (X₂) และด้านเทคโนโลยีในยุคดิจิทัล (X₅) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์การปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน ร้อยละ 47.0 และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของพยากรณ์ เท่ากับ .28788 7. แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารและการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน จำนวน 2 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านวิชาการ และด้านเทคโนโลยีในยุคดิจิทัล

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the needs and development guidelines for the implementation of the student care and support system of educational opportunity expansion schools. under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1. The samples used in the research were school administrators and teachers. in school expanding educational opportunities The samples were 341 students under the Office of Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area 1 for the academic year 2022. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling method was purposive sampling and stratified random sampling ( Stratied Random Samping) classified into 56 school administrators and 285 teachers. The instrument used for data collection was an estimation questionnaire of 2 aspects, namely, the 1st aspect of Leadership of administrators, the 2nd teacher performance in school. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested using t-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA, and Modified Priority Needs Index The results showed that 1. Leadership of administrators with teacher performance in school. Leadership of administrators had 4 aspects that could forecast the effectiveness of learning arrangement in school with statistical significance at the level of 0.01 including academic (X₂), technology in the digital age (X₅), with the forecast power of the learning effectiveness in school at 47.0% and the error of the forecast standard is at ±0.28788. 7. Development guideline of the academic leadership of executive of educational institution and the effectiveness of learning arrangement in school in Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 for academic and technology in the digital age.
