บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีกระบวนการในการวิจัยตามคำถามการวิจัยคือรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย มีสภาพและองค์ประกอบเป็นอย่างไร มีองค์ประกอบอะไรบ้าง และมีคุณภาพเพียงในระดับใด โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสาน เก็บข้อมูลจากแหล่งข้อมูล โดยใช้โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) คือโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 34 โรงเรียน ในการศึกษาสภาพและองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร  แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และสังเคราะห์โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อที่รวบรวมการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติ คือ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ประเมินความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้และความมีประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูงเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ การประเมินแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Checklist) จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบพรรณาวิเคราะห์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง ภาพรวมมีผลการประเมินอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =4.20, S.D=0.657) 2.ผลการสร้างและพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพ สำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการของรูปแบบ วัตถุประสงค์ของรูปแบบ กลไกการดำเนินงานของรูปแบบ วิธีการดำเนินงานของรูปแบ ประเมินรูปแบบและเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จของรูปแบบ3. ผลการยืนยันรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์ 3. ผลการยืนยันรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพสำหรับโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสบนพื้นที่สูง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงราย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to Development of curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office.  There is a research process based on the research question, the study of development of curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office. Current condition, Elements of the model and style quality. By using the Design integrated research method, collecting data from schools to expand opportunities in the highlands primary education in Chiang Rai Province, 34 schools in the study of condition and composition of curriculum management model To promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe. The research tools are Document analysis form, questionnaire, form Data analysis by statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Creation and development of curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe. The research tools were interview form and group conversation recording form. The statistical data analysis was content analysis, mean and standard deviation to assess suitability. Possibility and usefulness of curriculum management model to promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe The research tools are Focus Group Discussion used statistical data analysis Content Analysis, Mean and Standard Deviation. To present a curriculum management model to promote career skills for schools expanding opportunities in the area. high Primary Education Area Office in Chiang Rai Province the research tools are checklist by expert. The statistical data analysis was content analysis. The results revealed that: 1. Condition of curriculum management to promote vocational skills for schools to expand opportunities in Hill Tribe Under the Chiangrai Primary Educational Service Area Office, the assessment results were at a high level.
