บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นและแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูประจำชั้น ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 320 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง และการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 65 คน และครูประจำชั้น จำนวน 255 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สภาพปัจจุบันของแบบสอบถาม มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .626 - .898 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .988 แบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .438 - .957 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .949 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ t-test, One-Way ANOVA และค่าระดับความต้องการจำเป็น Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูประจำชั้น โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากและมากที่สุดตามลำดับ 2. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูประจำชั้น จำแนกตามสถานภาพการดำรงตำแหน่ง ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และครูประจำชั้น เรียงตามลำดับตามความต้องการจำเป็นจากมากไปหาน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาส่งเสริมนักเรียน ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 4. แนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 5 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ควรมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานเพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลพื้นฐานของนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล จัดทำแนวทางในการรวบรวมข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนในด้านต่าง ๆ ควรมีการคัดกรองนักเรียนเป็น 3 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มเสี่ยง และกลุ่มมีปัญหา โดยมีแบบเยี่ยมบ้านแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมเด็ก SDQ เป็นรายบุคคลตามกลุ่มที่คัดกรอง เพื่อดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน กลุ่มปกติ กลุ่มเสี่ยงและกลุ่มมีปัญหา โดยการจัดกิจกรรมโฮมรูม และการจัดกิจกรรมประชุมผู้ปกครองชั้นเรียนอย่างต่อเนื่องและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานในการจัดกิจกรรมทุกครั้ง ควรให้คำแนะนำปรึกษาเบื้องต้นแก่นักเรียน และมีการบันทึกผลการช่วยเหลือ แก้ไขปัญหาและติดตามผลนักเรียน และควรสร้างระบบ ขั้นตอน ในการส่งต่อทั้งการช่วยเหลือจากภายในและการช่วยเหลือจากภายนอก

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study needs and guidelines for developing of the operation of the student care and support system to educational opportunity expansion schools under the Sakon Nakhon primary education service area office 1.  The sample groups were school administrators and class teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools. The samples were 320 students under the Sakon Nakhon primary education service area office 1 for academic year 2022 second semester. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan tables. The sampling method was purposive sampling and stratified random sampling classified into 65 school administrators and 255 teachers. The research instrument was a 5 – level rating scale questionnaire the current condition of the questionnaire The discrimination power ranged from .626 - .898 and the confidence value was .988. The desirable condition questionnaire had the discrimination power ranged from .438 - .957. The statistics used for data analyzing the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using t-test analysis, One-Way ANOVA, and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified ).  The results showed that 1. Current and desirable conditions for the operation of the student care and support system of the educational opportunity expansion schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 according to the opinions of the school administrators and class teachers at a high level. 2. Current and desirable conditions for the operation of the student care and support system of the educational opportunity extension schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. When classified by position, school size, and work experience, it was found that administrators and teachers had no different opinions. 3. Needs for the operation of the student support system to the educational opportunity extension schools under the Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 according to the opinions of the school administrators and teachers sorted in the following order: developing and supporting students, prevention, and solution, transferring students and knowing individual students. 4. Guidelines for the developing of the operation of the student care and support system to educational opportunity expansion schools consisted of 5 aspects. There should be a plan to collect basic information about individual students, and data collecting clearly in various aspects. Students should be screened into 3 groups: the normal group, the risk group, and the problem group. There were home visit forms and students’ behavior assessments from SDQ to the screening group. Schools should manage activities for solving students’ problems in the normal groups, risk groups, and problem groups by organizing homeroom activities and organizing parent-teacher meetings continuously, and reporting the results of all activities. Preliminary counseling should be given to students, records the results of helping, follow up on students, and should create a system to transfer both internal and external assistance.
