บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 และประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 312 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.56 – 0.77   และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 และแบบสอบถามสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80 – 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง0.70 - 0.99 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99  สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ  ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง (PNI _modified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด  2. ความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการทำงานเป็นทีมของครู ด้านที่มีค่าสูงกว่าค่าโดยรวม เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1)ด้านการแสดงบทบาทผู้นำหรือผู้ตาม  2) ด้านการยอมรับกติกาของทีม และ 3) การปรับตัวเข้ากับกลุ่มคนหรือสถานการณ์ ตามลำดับ

Abstract

This research aimed to reamine, study the current situations and desirable situations conditions of teamwork development for teachers schools under Roi-Ed Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and assessment of needs of teamwork development for teachers in schools Roi-Ed Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The Samples were 312 school teachers. The sample size determination using a percentage basis and they were selected by stratified random sampling, according to the size of the school. There were 2 instruments used in this study: checklist is the current situations of teamwork development for teachers with the index of item objective congruence (IC) 0.80 - 1.00, the discrimination between 0.56 - 0.77, and the reliability of 0.98; and checklist is the desirable situations conditions of teamwork development of teachers with the index of item objective congruence (IC) 0.80 - 1.00, the discrimination between 0.70 - 0.99, and the reliability of 0.99 The statistics employed were percentage, mean and standard deviation and modified priority needs index. The finding were as follows: 1. The overall current situations of teamwork development for teachers were at the middling level, and overall desirable situations conditions of teamwork development for teachers were at the most level. 2. The need that have with the highest average, the top 3 are The role of acting as a leader or a follower, The acceptance of the rules of the team, and Adapting to a group of people or situations.
