บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) หาความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้รับผิดชอบด้านดิจิทัลในสถานศึกษา ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 288 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบการแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกทั้งฉบับอยู่ระหว่าง 0.25 – 0.95 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 3 มีลำดับความต้องการเรียงจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ 1) การใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อการศึกษา 2) การสร้างสื่อดิจิทัลที่เหมาะสมและปลอดภัย 3) การประเมินการใช้ดิจิทัลเพื่อปรับปรุงการบริหารจัดการ 4) การมีจริยธรรมและจรรยาบรรณในการใช้ดิจิทัล และ 5) การรู้และการเข้าถึงดิจิทัล

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) study the current and desirable conditions of the digital competency of educational institution administrators 2) Identify the necessary needs for the development of digital competence of educational institution administrators. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 The sample group  was school administrators. and 288 teachers in charge of digital in schools for the academic year 2021 were randomly assigned by a Stratified Random Sampling. The tool used to collect data was 5 rating scale questionnaires with discrimination values from 0.25 to 0.95, and a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation. and Priority Needs Index (PNI modified index) The results showed that 1. Current state of the development of digital competency of educational institution administrators Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, the overall picture was at a high level ( = 3.81, SD = .42) and desirable condition of the development of digital competency of educational institution administrators. Under the Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, the overall picture was at the highest level ( = 4.73, SD = .18). 2. Requirements for the development of digital competence of educational institution administrators. Under the Surin Elementary Education Service Area Office 3, In order: 1) Use of digital for education. 2) Proper and secure digital media creation 3) Assessing the use of digital to improve 4) management Ethics and Code of Conduct for Digital 5) digital literacy and access, respectively.
