บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ 2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบสอบถามระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก (rxy= 0.90) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ปัจจัยด้านการจูงใจ ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถพยากรณ์การเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียนได้ร้อยละ 83 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ y'  = 0.37 + 0.35(X5) + 0.30(X₁) + 0.13(X₄) + 0.12(X₃) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน z'  = 0.41(Z₅) + 0.28(Z₁) + 0.18(Z₄) + 0.15(Z₃)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of being the professional learning community 2) study the level of the factors affecting the professional learning community of schools 3) study the relationship between the factors affecting being the professional learning community and 4) create the equations of the being professional learning community of schools. The sample consisted of 302 administrators and teachers. The research tools were the questionnaires regarding the factors affecting being professional learning community of schools with a reliability of 0.98 and the level of being professional learning community of schools with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage mean, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that: 1. The level of being professional learning community of schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at high level. 2. The level of factors affecting being professional learning community of schools under the Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at high level. 3. The relationship between the factors being professional learning community of schools was the positive relationship (rxy  = 0.90) with statistically significance at .01 level. 4. The factors in the aspect of the transformational leadership, the organization structure, the motivation and the organization culture affecting being professional learning community of schools with statistically significance at .01 level. The predicted factors those affected the being professional learning community of schools was 83 % accurate. Furthermore, the equation prediction were shown as; Predictor Equation of the raw score: y' = 0.37 + 0.35(X₅) + 0.30(X₁) + 0.13(X₄) + 0.12(X₃) Predictor Equation of the standard score: z'  = 0.41(Z₅) + 0.28(Z₁) + 0.18(Z₄) + 0.15(Z3)
