บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหาร 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา และ 4) ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลก กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 224 คน ในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ปีการศึกษา 2563 ในการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการเปิดตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 60 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 2 ตอน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้มาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.964 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณด้วยวิธีนำตัวแปรเข้าทั้งหมด (Enter Multiple Regression Analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาทั้ง 4 ด้านกับประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 4. ปัจจัยคุณลักษณะผู้บริหารทั้ง 4 ด้าน สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดพิษณุโลกได้ ร้อยละ 73.8  ได้สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y’ = 0.486 + 0.192X₁**+ 0.063X₂ + 0.438X₃** + 0.183X₄*  และสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z’ = 0.185Zx₁** + 0.067Zx₂** + 0.456Zx₃ + 0.202Zx₄*

Abstract

This research aimed to study. 1) The level of the factor of executive characteristics. 2) The level of effectiveness of vocational college. 3) The relationship between the factors of executive characteristics and the effectiveness of vocational college. 4) The factors and characteristics of executives affecting the effectiveness of vocational college in Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office. The participants were 224 school administration and teacher under Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office for school in the 2021 academic year. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table obtain by stratified random sampling by school. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 60 items, divided into 2 parts. Data were collected using a 5-level was Rating Scale. Reliability was 0.964. The statistics use were mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, Coefficient and Enter Multiple Regression Analysis. The result showed that 1. The overall factor of executive characteristics of Vocational College in Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office were at high level. 2. The effectiveness of Vocational College in Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office were at high level. 3. The four factors of executive characteristics and the effectiveness of Vocational College were at high level of positive correlation, statistically significant at 0.01 level. 4. The four factors of characteristics can predict the effect of Vocational College in Phitsanulok Provincial Vocational Education Office at 73.8 percent. The perdition equation in form of raw score indicated the Y’ = 0.486 + 0.192X₁**+ 0.063X₂ + 0.438X₃** + 0.183X₄*, And the prediction equation in the form of standard score shows Z’ = 0.185Zx₁** + 0.067Zx₂** + 0.456Zx₃ + 0.202Zx₄*
