บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งมีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 2) พัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น รายวิชาเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง น้ำพริกปูสมุนไพร เพื่อสร้างรายได้ระหว่างเรียนของนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านหนองข่าหนองคูโปโล 3) ทดลองใช้หลักสูตร และ 4) ประเมินหลักสูตรที่พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มทดลอง คือ นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2562 โรงเรียนบ้านหนองข่าหนองคูโปโล จำนวน 14 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย หลักสูตร แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test (One Group Pretest-posttest Design) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. นักเรียนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเห็นความสำคัญและต้องการให้พัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษารายวิชาเพิ่มเติม 2. หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น รายวิชาเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง น้ำพริกปูสมุนไพร เพื่อสร้างรายได้ระหว่างเรียนของนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านหนองข่าหนองคูโปโล ประกอบด้วย 1) แนวคิด 2) หลักการ 3) จุดหมาย 4) ค้าอธิบายรายวิชา 5) ผลการเรียนรู้ 6) โครงสร้าง/เวลาเรียน 7) สาระการเรียนรู้ 8) รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 9) สื่อการเรียนรู้ 10) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 11) การวัดและการประเมินผล โดยจัดการเรียนรู้แบบเน้นการปฏิบัติ 3. ผลการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรเน้นการปฏิบัติ 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ขั้นให้ความรู้ 2) ขั้นสาธิต 3) ขั้นปฏิบัติ และ 4) ขั้นปรับปรุงและประยุกต์ใช้ นักเรียนมีความสนใจและตั้งใจปฏิบัติกิจกรรม และมีความพร้อมในทุก ๆ ด้าน 4. ผลการประเมินหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา พบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีผลการเรียนรู้หลังการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง (มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05) 2) นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการทำน้ำพริกปูสมุนไพรอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก 3) นักเรียนมีรายได้ระหว่างเรียนจากการทำน้ำพริกปูสมุนไพร และ 4) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรในระดับ มากที่สุด

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) Study base information and needs to develop the school curriculum using local wisdom of selective course on “Crab Herbal Chilli Paste Sauce” for earning income while studying of student, Ban Nong Kha Nong Ku Polo school, 2) Developing the school curriculum using local wisdom of selective course on “Crab Herbal Chilli Paste Sauce” for earning income while studying of student, Ban Nong Kha Nong Ku Polo school, 3) Trial the curriculum and 4) Assessment of the developed curriculum. The trail group consisted of 14 students in Prathomsuksa 6, Academic Year 2019 of Ban Nong Kha Nong Khu Polo School. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (One Group Pretest-posttest Design), and content analysis. The research results were found that;  1. Students and related parties realized the importance and want to develop the school curriculum. 2. The school curriculum using local wisdom of selective course on “Crab Herbal Chilli Paste Sauce” for earning income while studying of student, Ban Nong Kha Nong Ku Polo school consisted of 1) Concept 2) Principle 3) Objective 4) Course Description 5) Learning Outcome 6) Class structure/Learning time 7) Learning subject 8) Learning management style 9) Learning materials 10) Learning management plans 11) Measurement and evaluation, Learning instructive with an emphasis on practice. 3. The results of the curriculum trialed with an emphasis on 4 practical steps, consisted of 1) Give Knowing step, 2) Demonstration step, 3) Practice step, and 4) Improvement and applied step. Students were interested and willing to perform the activities, and ready on every aspect. 4. The results of the school curriculum assessment were found that; 1) the students have learning outcomes after the trialed higher than before the trialed (with a statistically significant difference at .05), 2) The students' ability to make “Crab Herbal Chilli Paste Sauce” was at a very good level, 3) The students earned income while studying "Crab Herbal Chilli Paste Sauce" curriculum and 4) The students were satisfied with the curriculum at the highest level.
