บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา โดยใช้กระบวนการการวิจัยแบบมีส่วนร่วม มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการพัฒนาด้านการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ แห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนบ้านน้ำพุหินลาด อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านน้ำพุหินลาด อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ และ 3) ประเมินผลการพัฒนาและผลการใช้รูปแบบ ประชากรและกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา นักเรียน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และผู้แทนภาคชุมชน รวม 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบบันทึก และแบบประเมิน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนบ้านน้ำพุหินลาด อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ มีสภาพปัจจุบันโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และมีความต้องการพัฒนา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านน้ำพุหินลาด อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ ประกอบด้วย 1) หลักการของรูปแบบ 2) จุดมุ่งหมายของรูปแบบ 3) เนื้อหา 4) กระบวนการดำเนินการ 5) การติดตามและประเมินผล 3. ผลการใช้รูปแบบการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะแห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยใช้ชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพเป็นฐานของโรงเรียนบ้านน้ำพุหินลาด อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ พบว่า 3.1 ผลการประเมินการดำเนินงานที่สะท้อนชุมชนการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพทั้งการประเมินตนเองและบุคคลภายนอก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3.2 ผลการประเมินการดำเนินงานพัฒนาการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ แห่งศตวรรษที่ 21 ทั้งการประเมินตนเองและบุคคลภายนอก โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3.3 ผู้บริหาร ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา นักเรียน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และผู้แทนภาคชุมชนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

This research was Research and Development by Participatory Action Research (PAR) process with the purposes were 1) Study current state and needs to develop on the learning management administration for developing the 21st Century Skills of Bannamphuhinlad School Khonsan District Chaiyaphum Province, 2) Develop the Learning Management Administration Model for Developing the 21st Century Skills by Professional Learning Communities-Based Bannamphuhinlad School Khonsan District Chaiyaphum Province, and 3) Assessment the development results and the results of using the model. Population and key informants included the director, teachers, Board of schools, students, student’s parents, and community representatives, overall totaling 56 people. Research instruments included questionnaire, interviews form, record forms, and assessment forms. The statistical used to analyze data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results were found that;  1. The learning management administration for developing the 21st Century Skills of Bannamphuhinlad School Khonsan District Chaiyaphum Province have current state overall was at a high level and the needs to develop overall was at the highest level. 2. The Learning Management Administration Model for Developing the 21st Century Skills by Professional Learning Communities-Based Bannamphuhinlad School Khonsan District Chaiyaphum Province included 1) Model Principle, 2) Model Objective, 3) Content, 4) Operating Process, 5) Monitoring and Evaluation.  3. The results of using the model of Learning Management Administration for Developing the 21st Century Skills by Professional Learning Communities-Based Bannamphuhinlad School Khonsan District Chaiyaphum Province were found that; 3.1 Operating assessment results that reflect the Professional Learning Communities on both self-assessment and outsiders' assessment overall were at high levels. 3.2 Operating assessment results that reflect the Developing the 21st Century Skills on both self-assessment and outsiders' assessment overall were at highest levels. 3.3 The director, teachers, Board of schools, students, student’s parents, and community representatives were satisfied with using the developed model Overall were at the highest levels.
