บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการมีส่วนร่วมและนำเสนอแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 13 แห่ง รวมทั้งสิ้น 191 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตาราง เครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวม ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านที่ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย  รองลงมา คือ ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร  และด้านที่ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย 2. แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ได้แก่ ประชุมให้ความรู้กับผู้ปกครอง เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้ปกครองได้แสดงความคิดเห็น เสนอแนะแนวทางดำเนินงานหรือการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก มีตัวแทนร่วมตรวจสอบการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณ การคัดเลือกและตรวจรับพัสดุ ร่วมตรวจสอบอาคาร สถานที่ อุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ ร่วมเป็นคณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ร่วมประสานความร่วมมือกับองค์กรต่าง ๆ ในการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก

Abstract

The research aimed to study the participation condition and present guidelines for participation of the students’ parents in the operating of the child development center. The sample used in this research was the students’ parents in 13 child development center total of 191 people. Determine the sample size according to the  Krejcie and Morgan table and using a simple random sampling method. The tool used to collect data was a 5 – level rating scales questionnaire and have a reliability 0.96. The data analysis use with basic statistics such as mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results were found that 1. The participation condition of the students’ parents in the operating of the child development center overall is at the medium level While the parents have the highest participation are the buildings environment and safety Followed by academic and curriculum activities and while the parents have lowest participation are promotion of early childhood development networks 2. Guidelines for participation of the students’ parents in the operating of the child development center including an educational meeting with parents. Give the parents an opportunity to express their opinions and suggest guidelines for operation or development of the child development center. There are representatives to check the budget expenditure, selection and inspection of parcels. Participate in the inspection of buildings, places, and equipment. There are representatives of the parents as a committee of the child development center. Collaborate with various organizations in the development of the child development center.
