บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ  กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 15 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 317 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 332 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า (Raing Scale) 5 ระดับ มีระดับค่า IOC (index of item - objective congruence) = 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ของครอนบาค (Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient) = 0.96 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน ของการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิ  โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นเท่ากับ 0.266  2. ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาชัยภูมิมีทั้งหมด 10 แนวทางและมี 40 ตัวชี้วัด

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the current states, desirable states and priority needs of the school administration development as the good governance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum, and 2) study the guidelines for developing the school administration as the good governance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum. The research samples included 15 school administrators and  teachers, totally 332 cases, selected by the stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument was the five-rating scaled questionnaires with the value of the index item-objective congruence equaled 1.00 and the value of Cronbach alpha coefficient equaled 0.96. The statistics for analyzing the data covered the frequency, percentage, mean, standard and the priority needs value. The research findings revealed that: 1 The results of studying the current states of the school administration development as the good governance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum exposed as a whole in the moderate level, the desirable states implied as a whole in the much level and Needs equaled 0.266. 2. The results of the guidelines for developing the school administration as the good governance under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chaiyaphum contained 10 guidelines and 40 indicators.
