บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2 2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และผู้บังคับบัญชาลูกเสือ จำนวน 300 คน ที่ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามระดับการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.99 2) แบบสอบถามปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ระดับการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุทัยธานี เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก (rxy = 0.70) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4. ปัจจัยด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และสื่อ และด้านภาวะผู้นำ ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานกิจการลูกเสือของโรงเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 52 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ  = 0.84 + 0.17(X₃) + 0.25(X₁) + 0.24(X₂) + 0.14(X₉) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน  Z = 0.18(Z₃) + 0.25(Z₁) + 0.29(Z₂) + 0.15(Z₉)

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of the boy scout affairs management under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) study the level of factors affecting boy scout affairs management 3) study the relationship between the factors affecting boy scout affairs management and 4) create an equation predicted factors affecting boy scout affairs management. The sample consisted of 300 administrators and scout supervisors. The sample size was determined using Krejcie & Morgan formula. The research instruments were 1) a questionnaires regarding the boy scout affairs management with a reliability of 0.99 and 2) a questionnaires regarding level of factors affecting the boy scout affairs management with a reliability of 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research findings were as follow: 1. the level of the boy scout affairs management under Uthai Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at high level. 2. the level of factors affecting boy scout affairs management in overall was at high level. 3. the relationship between the factors affecting boy scout affairs management was the positive relationship (rxy  = 0.70) with statistically significance at .01 level. 4. the factors in the aspect of budget, personnel, materials, equipment and media and leadership had a relation with the boy scout affairs management with statistically significance at .05 level. The predicted factors those affected the boy scout affairs management was 52 % accurate. Furthermore, the equations prediction were shown as; Predictor Equation of the raw score: = 0.84 + 0.17(X₃) + 0.25(X₁) + 0.24(X₂) + 0.14(X9) Predictor Equation of the standard score: Z = 0.18(Z₃) + 0.25(Z₁) + 0.29(Z₂) + 0.15(Z₉)
